Busy Queue Service

This service takes calls when all of your lines are busy and allows the caller to either leave a message, or listen to 30-40 seconds of music and then it will try your lines again. Besides allowing the caller choices (instead of hearing a busy tone when all of your lines are busy), an occasional report will give you an indication of whether you have too many telephone lines, or too few.

With this service the caller's are prompted to answer questions. After each answer, the next question is asked. Great for surveys, order processing or as a Prescription Hotline for Doctors.

Call Return

Allows you to return calls, or make calls, from your voice mailbox. It bypasses anonymous call rejection and does not transmit any usable phone number on caller ID units.

Ring Through

Forwards calls to another phone number, can be set to forward with or without a greeting. Great application to track advertising (see yellow page app below).
