The following is an overview of our voice mail services. Your existing telephone is linked to the DataVoice Technology master Voice mail system via the worldwide telephone network already in place. The heart of our service is a "commercial" Voice Mail system with triple disc redundancy, 4 hour battery backup, digitized T1 telephone lines, web interface and a built in fax server for fax services. Our open software architecture enables DataVoice Technology to offer solutions not possible on most small business voice systems. Like a set of building blocks, features can be put together to fit each customer's requirements. This flexibility and economy makes DataVoice Technology an ideal solution for today's small business.
How many times each day do your customers ask to be transferred to your "voice mailbox" instead of leaving a handwritten message? With our Message Transfer service, not only can you respect your customer's time, but you can benefit from added productivity within your organization. Your Receptionist simply transfers callers, at their option, into the Personal Message Center (voice mailbox) for a particular employee. After a message is left we have a variety of methods to notify you of a message including e-mail notification to a desktop or a cell phone, paging a pager or cell phone, or delivering the message to a cell phone or landline phone.
